Terms and Conditions of Sale

The purchase of any Products offered on the www.miroux.com website (hereafter known as the “Site”) is subject to these terms and conditions of sale for the Site (“Terms and Conditions of Sale”). Miroux Products are exclusively intended to be sold to end consumers, natural persons or corporations, with the exclusion of all resellers or intermediaries acting on behalf of resellers. Consequently, the customer affirms that it is acting as the end consumer and does not intend to resell the Miroux Products for commercial purposes.
Miroux Sales Department may update these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. You can view the applicable version of the Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time by clicking on the hyperlink labelled “Regulations”. The Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable at the time of entering into the contract of sale are those which are binding on you.
In addition, for each purchase of Products on the Site, you will be requested to confirm your acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable at the date of your order. The said terms and conditions may be viewed prior to and at the moment when you are prompted to confirm that you accept them. To indicate your acceptance, you will need to check the box “I have read and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of the miroux.com website, as well as the Privacy Policy.”

VAT is included for orders within European Union. VAT and/or fees for import and/or customs are not included for orders outside the European Union.

DELIVERY

All orders are shipped within three business day. For questions about shipping, delivery times or transportation, contact us by email and we will respond as quickly as we can: info@miroux.com

TRANSPORT DAMAGE

If your product is damaged when delivered, you should (without delay and no later than 7 days after delivery) contact us as well as the Delivery Company. You will need to inform us what is damaged and also let us know the case number of the Delivery Company’s claim form. We will naturally send you a new product to replace the damaged one.

WARRANTY

Warranty for our products is one year from purchase date. Please note that the warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear of the product. The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the bag resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the bag and non-observance of the directions provided by Miroux.

RETURNS

Any product purchased from miroux.com can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us on info@miroux.com to schedule the return. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

For international customers, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Once we receive it back and verify it’s unworn, the return will be processed and a full refund will be issued.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

We are fully GDPR compliant. We collect basic personal information about our customers when an order is placed. This information is securely stored and is necessary to carry out delivery and to contact you as a customer if a problem should arise, product origin and authenticity claim and for new product launches (if customer agree). We will never disclose any such information to third parties.

COOKIES

Cookies are used on miroux.com in order to improve your experience on the site. Cookies are very small text files that are stored on your device’s hard drive when you visit websites. We use first-party and third-party cookies for the main purposes of web functionality, web statistics and advertising.

You can set your browser to notify you when a cookie is to be activated. This enables you to reject any usage of cookies or to tell your browser to delete the cookie at the end of your visit. For further information on what cookies we use, please send us an e-mail on info@miroux.com. You have the right to request access to your data and if anything is incorrect you can change or remove it.

CANCELLATIONS

Under the Distance Contracts you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase without specific reason, within 14 days after you received the goods. You will receive a full refund on the condition that the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.

DELIVERY

Shipping fee is included in the price. Note that upon return, the shipping fee will be charged for.

To make sure that our products are shipped to you fast and safe we cooperate with the world leading logistics firms like UPS, Fedex and DHL.

We deliver to all EU countries, Russia and western Europe, United States, Canada, Australia and most Asia countries (full list is avaiable directly in order form).

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference, will commence from the date of dispatch and we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

When do we deliver

UPS, Fedex and DHL delivers Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Tracking your order

After your item is dispatched from our warehouse you will be notified via e-mail about the status of the shipment and a shipping number which you will be able to use on the delivery company site.

We pack our products in safe manner to be sure that you will get your purchased item in perfect condition

RETURN

We endeavor to make our customers happy and a purchase in Miroux webshop an easy, pleasent and problem-free experience. To do that we offer our customers an option to return the items they bought within 14 days.

All items are quality controlled before shipment to make sure that you get only the best. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.

Although we make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible computer monitors vary and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.

How to process a return

If you are a customer based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order with us under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (DSRs).

To cancel your order please notify us on e-mail: info@miroux.com within 14 days from the day of delivery and then send back the item to our Quality Assurance Site address below:

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our Quality Assurance Site. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us, and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.

Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.

All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to. The NFC tag (part of Miroux Guardian System) that comes with the product, attached inside the product is also required for refund claim. We will refund the full value of your order, within 30 days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation. If we do not receive the cancelled order, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.

Refund

After our Quality Assurance Site has received your return and verified that all of the conditions have been met, you will be refund within 30 days. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or on the bank account you provided.

Currency

You can choose between two currencies: EURO and USD. To choose the currency that you want to use during shopping click the right button in top right corner of the website.

Payments

Taking care of your safety and safe shopping Miroux collaborates with the leading companies in online payment market. To make a purchase in our store the only requirement is to have a bank account, credit card or debit card.

Preorder

If the product which you need is not available, you are more than welcome to “Contact us” to place an order directly.
We will inform you immediately if the product will be available and in what timeframe.

Confirmation of purchase

After placing an order and payment you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation containing the order and payment. You will also find the order number so you can track its progress on the ‘My Account’ site. Once the order is shipped you will receive another e-mail with the shipping confirmation and tracking number to track the shipment.
